★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio muy prepotentes cuando algún producto llega a salir defectuoso, al principio te dicen que no hay ningún problema si es que saliera mal, pero cuando en realidad está mal y vas a comentarles se vuelven groseros y no respetan lo pactado, ni en su caso la garantía aún que; lo pruebes afuera de su local al momento.
Very bad service, very arrogant when a product turns out to be defective, at first they tell you that there is no problem if it goes wrong, but when in reality it is wrong and you are going to comment, they become rude and do not respect the agreement, not even in their case the guarantee yet that; you try it outside your premises at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran surtido en refacciones eléctricas. De hecho el mejor surtido de la zona. Precio competitivo. Atención en mostrador que deja mucho que desear. No se percibe que te quieran orientar. Te dan lo que pidas aunque se den cuenta que esta mal.
Mala actitud.
Además te cobran comisión por pago con tarjeta!!!
Situación que no es correcta pues en el contrato de prestación, del banco especifica que esa comisión no se debe cargar al cliente.
Large assortment of electrical parts. In fact the best assortment in the area. Competitive price. Counter service that leaves much to be desired. It is not perceived that they want to guide you. They give you what you ask even if they realize that it is wrong.
Bad attitude.
They also charge you a commission for card payment !!!
Situation that is not correct because in the service contract, the bank specifies that this commission should not be charged to the client.

Tienen buen surtido de Refacciones, Laboratorio y Precios Bajos, sin embargo no les recomiendo comprar sensores porque no dan garantía y no duran, evita pagar doble mano de obra por ahorrarte unos pesos, no vale la pena.
Cómo refaccionaria tienen un amplio surtido

They have a good assortment of Spare Parts, Laboratory and Low Prices, however I do not recommend buying sensors because they do not give a guarantee and do not last, avoid paying double labor to save a few pesos, it is not worth it.
