★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insisto en ningún lugar había encontrado una combinacion dr tantas disciplinas juntas que al trabajar en conjunto logran que trabajes por completo todo tu cuerpo. El ambiente es agradable, hay jóvenes, adultos adolecentes y gente mayor y se crea una sinergia e tee todos, aveces se hacen ejercicios donde compites con tus compañeros, pero siempre el mayor reto como dice el coach será competir contigo mismo.
