El sábado siguiendo la s recomendaciones del facebook escogimos ir a desayunar mi amiga y yo, un lugar en el centro con una ubicación muy interesante, ya que antes el lugar en un bar de trova, así que llegamos y de inmediato nos impacto la decoración moderna y clásica a la vez. Nos recibió una chica y preguntó si teníamos reservación, dijimos que no y nos dió una mesa para 2, junto a la ventana en el rincón, pero muy agradable. Esperamos cerca de 10 min hasta que alguien se acercó a tomar la orden, pero no menú nos habían dado, nos llevó menú y se fue, de ahí pasaron 20 min y nadie regresó a tomar la orden, el lugar estaba lleno y solo vimos a dos personas atendiendo, tal vez no fuimos afortunadas y tuvieron una mala mañana, decidimos retirarnos porque teníamos mucha hambre y ni siquiera pudimos preguntar cuánto más se tardarían. Ni cuenta se dieron de que nos fuimos. Espero hayan solucionado el tiempo de atención. Espero regresar y probar su café. I'll give it one star while. Ofrecen café de especialidad con métodos de extracción preparados por gente preparada (muy importante para sacar el sabor de un café de manera correcta). Probé un Espresso con sabor intenso a chocolate amargo, madera y humo, y una chemex con notas a limón amarillo, jazmín y toronja. Los precios son sumamente accesible para la calidad que manejan. I tried an Espresso with an intense flavor of dark chocolate, wood and smoke, and a chemex with notes of yellow lemon, jasmine and grapefruit. The prices are extremely accessible for the quality they handle. Highly recommended.

The cream that I ordered to go with my coffee was not served. We should have left immediately but my little ones were hungry so we just ignored the disrespect. Not really sure why my family and I were treated in such a way. The family sitting a couple of tables down from us had exceptional service. Maybe it's because I look like a native and speak the language. Not sure but everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect. The food was great but the service provide to us is inexcusable.

Nice atmosphere & friendly staff. An easy spot to eat or relax and work online, especially if you stay in the Hotel Merida.
