I had already gone before and I had a great time but this last time they got very strict, we couldn't put on any music, just Christmas carols. In the restaurant there is only one girl who does everything and obviously it takes too long

The photos are very different from how it really is, they rent the pool to people who are not guests and those of us who pay do not have the opportunity to use it, it lacks a lot of hygiene coupled with the fact that the facilities lack a lot of maintenance, I definitely do not recommend it.

The very nice place. The attention of the staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. The view is relatively nice. The only detail is that there is a materials business next door and you go from singing the birds to listening to the cargo trucks, a small detail. From then on, the hotel is very good. ??

Terrible experience. A horrible place and discriminatory treatment. Book two nights believing that it was a resort hotel with a pool, restaurant and in a suite (you can see that in the photos and they tell you the same thing if you talk). I informed them of my limitations as a person with limited mobility and they said no problem. After paying they told me that the room was far away, when I arrived it was a stinky and dirty room on the second floor and far from the center, obviously without a pool or food and without being able to go upstairs due to my disability. I climbed as best I could, and spent one of the two nights. We got allergies because of the dirt on the carpet and blankets. Obviously I had to complain but the manager did not want to talk to me. They asked me for the keys and when I gave them they told me that they would not return my money and I received discriminatory treatment because of my disability. I had to go to another hotel, which caused me more expenses in addition to the medical expenses for the skin allergy. And putting up with the discriminatory treatment I received is the most outrageous thing. I wrote to them later to clarify the situation and they completely distanced themselves and no longer answer me. Definitely the worst experience in many years.
