★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy rustic. Small studio apartments. But 50 feet from water. Owners live on site. If you want all inclusive not here. You want peace quiet . Zen sound of the surf and sun. Budget friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building was run down but comfortable. Was unfortunate that our AC stopped working multiple times through out the week. Right on the beach, but unkempt by the owners (we raked the beach a few mornings). Fresh water in apartment was nice, shower and room area clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. Basic. Clean. Comfortable. AC plus floor fans. Large fridge with top freezer. Gas hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Basic kitchen utensils. Fresh purifed drinkingvwater Excellent bathroom with shower. Good hot water. Nice sunning area on sandy beach. Rocky shoreline but wading with sandals is possible. Excellent value. Short can ride to chedraui and most restaurants.Great on-site owners. Will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WEehave stayed there three times now and enjoyed it every time. We have just booked our forth stay, for November. Great value, apartments walk right out onto the beach, and lots of breeze coming in off the Caribbean . It about a 15 minute walk to 'downtown' and about a ten minute from a large very well stocked grocery store - we generally stock up on food and prepare a couple of meals a day at our studio, which we eat on the patio looking out at the ocean.. Great owners - the rooms are not elaborate but have everything we need including internet/wi-fi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a No Thrills Studio Apartment. I find my self staying here very often to unplug. Great Location, Beautiful Rocky Beach where I hunt for Sea Glass and Rocks, and just sit in my chair, feed the Iguanas and stare at the Moon at night. Beds are Comfy, Towels provided. Small things like salt, pepper, paper towels are not. Not a big deal for me I walk a block away to the tiny store and stock up. Owners Ronda and Bruce are very nice and if you need anything they respond quickly. Walkable to many restaurants. I have been coming here for many years and it's my go to when I want to just be. I have NEVER met any guests staying there that were not fun, charming or rude. Very Friendly. Many of my good friends I have met are from MC and we plan our vacations together there now. Enjoy
