Marazul Hotel Boutique - 77500 Cancún

It's clean. Quiet. No food. No pool. No services what so ever but I didn't mind that. The location is okay. Not the best if you wanna go to the hotel zone a lot. Great if you mainly want to be in the downtown area. The water is not as warm as you'd want it to be in the shower.

The rooms are exactly as the pictures, it is really pretty and cozy. The service is excellent, everyone is really nice. It has hot water in the shower, functional AC and wifi. It has an excellent location, I didn't have to spend a single dollar on movement, you can go anywhere walking. Definetly would visit again.

Wonderful place! Very accommodating and friendly, especially precious Fernanda. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Although a room with a view is up 4 short flights of stairs it is worth it as your personal balcony overlooks the tree tops and colorful buildings. Highly reccomend!

The rooms are just like the pictures, with working wi-fi, hot water and the staff was amazingly helpful and attentive (special thanks to Daniela and Victoria!). We got a problem with the AC but the staff helped us move to another (and better!) room, which was fantastic! The only downside is that the showers are not that great, although they have hot water there's not enough water jets aimed at your body (some of them are just targeting the curtains or the wall). The hotel is placed in a great neighborhood, with plenty restaurants and markets around it, its also near the Parque de las Palapas (5 min walk), which is a great place to try Mexico's traditional dishes at night! And if you don't want to leave your room to grab dinner, the staff will kindly help you order any kind of food delivery. (I know, they are great!)They will also give you great tips about the city (which bus to catch or fun things to do) if you ask them ;) I would totally recommend this hotel to a friend, it was truly an awesome experience!

I stayed in Marazul Boutique Hotel, for 2 full weeks. One week by myself and 2nd week with my partner. I had the most amazing experience. The bed was so comfortable, the room was spacious. Marta, Orlando and Laura you guys were my family the entire stay. So lovely and attentive at all times. You really did make my first experience in Cancun one of the best ever. So convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Next time I'm in Cancun, this will be my home everytime I book it'll be Marazul. Miss it already, but I will be back soon. Amazing amazing. So happy with my experience at Marazul

Nice place and clean. Well located and the rooms are fantastic.

Nothing remotely interesting at this hotel plus it was dirty. It was actually a waste of money. I booked it and received confirmation of the availability but once I tried to check in they said they didn’t have any room available for that price and upsold me. I just needed one night before heading out at 5am to the airport. I could have paid the same price for a hotel on the beach with more amenities. There were also no cars parked on the property all night or when we left in the morning so not sure how they didn’t have the original room available that I booked…..scammers

Arrived to hotel in evening. Room only had 1 bath towel, had to ask for another. Sink was dripping and got floor wet. Reported to front desk next morning and was informed that they would look at it/ switch our rooms if it would not be able to be fixed. Linen had stains on it and linens pillows were also stained. Staff nice. Hotel is very basic. We were changed rooms which was better.
