★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima opcion para rentar, supongo lo mismo con la venta, sus agentes son personas que no conocen del tema, no saben resolver problemas, ademas de ser extremadamente irresponsables! Les dejo una copia de mi queja en su portal.
****Este mensaje es para solicitar su apoyo ya que el dia 12 de noviembre del 2017, es decir ayer. Acorde con la asesora Lizbeth Mendiola una visita a Cocoyoc para ver un par de casas en renta, desde un mes de anticipacion comente el interes por las mismas, y estipule el dia mencionado como el unico en que podia visitar las casas, a lo cual dicha persona menciono que no tenia inconveniente para mostrarmelas, especifique que podria verla a determinado horario desde dos dias antes, es decir el jueves, fecha en que la mencionada acordo que ella me llamaria lo cual no hizo y yo tuve que contactarla. Finalmente llego el dia en que acordamos la visita ambos y desde 2 horas antes le recorde nuevamente sobre nuestra cita (ya que desde su primer contacto no me parecio una persona seria ni comprometida con su trabajo) a lo cual no me respondio, deje al menos 10 mensajes de whatsapp, 5 llamadas por whatsapp, al menos 20 llamadas de distintos telefonos celulares (pues fui en compañia de mi familia para ver las casas), mensajes de texto, buzon de voz y nunca respondio nada, al contactar al telefono que tienen en su pagina me contesto una persona que nunca me pudo dar una solucion, solo me comento que esto se hablaria con el gerente y nada mas. Al dia de hoy perdi tiempo y dinero y mi familia tambien, es una lastima que tengan en su empresa gente tan irresponsable, informal y poco profesional y comprometida, no hay seriedad ni parece haber intencion de resarcir esta situacion. Jamas voy a buscarlos como opcion, ademas de subir a las redes sobre mi pesima primer experiencia con ustedes, una lastima.***
