★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy amable de todas las chicas y también de Marcela, sin embargo a pesar de que yo mostré foto del color del tinte que quería; la persona que me atendió insistió en ponerlo más oscuro y modificar el color las luces. Durante el proceso nunca pude ver el color pues me estaban haciendo tiempo el manicure y por tanto no veía al espejo.
Al terminar no quede nada a gusto, le comenté a la señorita y a Marcela y las dos hicieron que me había quedado muy bonito y " que iba a despintar posteriormente"
Al otro día me volví a ver al espejo y no me gusta para nada cómo me quedo , asi q hable x 2 veces por tel para que me lo corrigieran envié 2 mensajes por WhatsApp y 2 llamadas y nunca me contestaron
¡ claro habían cobrado bastante¡
Ellas sabían que yo tenía un compromiso 2 días después de haber asistido al tinte y me enviar un mensaje de WhatsApp 9 días después
Very kind attention from all the girls and also from Marcela, however, despite the fact that I showed a photo of the color of the dye I wanted; the person who attended me insisted on making it darker and changing the color of the lights. During the process I could never see the color because they were doing my manicure for a long time and therefore I could not see the mirror.
At the end there was nothing left to taste, I commented to the young lady and Marcela and they both made me look very nice and "that I was going to un-paint later"
The next day I looked in the mirror again and I don't like at all how I stay, so I spoke twice on the phone to get it corrected I sent 2 messages on WhatsApp and 2 calls and they never answered me
Of course they had charged a lot!
They knew that I had an engagement 2 days after attending the dye and they sent me a WhatsApp message 9 days later
