★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best hotels and spas in all of Mexico. Recently upgraded every Villa. Amazing family atmosphere. Gregorio can get you anything and everything from jungle excusrions to 5 star meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly & attentive. The rooms were traditional Mexican style and very comfortable. The restaurant staff were also amazing and friendly. The views are great and you get used to walking uphill to the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new resort that was converted from condos. It had only been open a few months but it is running like it has been open for years. The room was spacious and had an incredible view. They anticipated our ever need. Tons of towels, fresh coffee, a washer & dryer and much more. It’s only a short 10 minute walk to the Zona Romantica zone. Tons of amazing restaurants and bars near by and only a short walk to the beach. The front desk, housekeeping , and restaurant staff were all incredible. They also have a very nice restaurant on site. I am a very picky traveller and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I highly recommend this property and will be booking it for our next stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPECTACULAR!! This place is magical. From the moment we checked in from the moment we left we were treated like royalty. The food is absolutely incredible, the staff are so friendly. The massage at the spa was heavenly. We didn’t stay in the man made cave room, but were allowed to tour it. We will definitely be staying there next time. I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about this place. I added a couple of pics to give you a little sense of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible experience. The resort was completely renovated recently and is BEAUTIFUL! Frankly it’s so nice we barely left to go into town — but PV is an incredible location and feels both authentic and safe. Our villa was way beyond what we expected and loved
how it’s decorated in a true Mexican theme. Staff’s fantastic! Have fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished a five night stay at Marcela and couldn't have been more impressed. The grounds are absolutely immaculate (the pictures do it absolutely no justice). The rooms are tastefully decorated. Plus - the staff are so incredibly kind and willing to go above for you. I hate to write this review because this is such a well kept secret right now but credit is definitely due to the folks at Marcela! Can't wait to return!!
