★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se recomienda está notaría ya que solo trabaja martes y viernes, por lo que Nike dan seguimiento a los trámites, motivo por el cual se alargan los tiempos y si haces trámites por Infonavit se corre el riesgo de cancelar por lo mismo.
This notary's office is not recommended since it only works Tuesdays and Fridays, so Nike follows up on the procedures, which is why the times are extended and if you do procedures for Infonavit you run the risk of canceling for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he tenido ningún problema con esta notaria. He asistido puntualmente y los tramites tienen buen flujo en tiempo. Hay buen espacio para estacionarse. El servicio planeado es bueno y los jardines son agradables.
I have not had any problems with this notary. I have attended punctually and the procedures have good flow in time. There is good space to park. The planned service is good and the gardens are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y falta de Ética, el infonavit asigno esta notaria para hacer mi proceso de venta con mi comprador, se le explico a la Lic. Adre Celestino como se debía inscribir en el registro publico y lo hizo mal, por error de ellos que no se pudo inscribir tuve que pagar otros 2,000 pesos, en esos mismos días se venció el tiempo de formalizar de mi comprador y volvió a inscribir en el infonavit y le cambiaron la notaria, esto seguramente ya lo sabia la Lic. de esta notaria. ellos ya no hicieron nada les pedí la devolución del 2do. pago que hice de 2,000 pesos y me dijo la Lic. Adre Celestino que el Lic. Marcelino dijo que no se me podía regresar el dinero porque eran para sus gastos de notaria, SI NO HICIERON NADA Y LO HICIERON MAL Y YO PAGUE EL PATO POR SUS ERRORES, NO TIENEN ETICA ni atención con sus clientes. muy mal.

Entramos a ruleta del banco por un crédito cofinavit...le dimos la documentación a la notaria el 19 de noviembre ya completa de la inscipción a infonavit y el 4 de diciembre un alineamiento y numero oficial que nos solicitó...hasta enero solicita el CLG y por supuesto no se lo han entregado, pero lo mas grave, es la serie de mentiras que no dicen la verdad ye ignoran los correos del banco. NO LA RECOMIENDO...MUY INFORMALES Y POCO PROFESIONALES Y MENTIROSOS.
