★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un tiempo solicité un arreglo a esta florería por el cumpleaños de mi pareja, pedí con 4 días de anticipación, pagué el mismo ya que si no se hace el pago entregan el arreglo floral, total que las flores jamás llegaron a la hora acordada, me respondieron hasta las 8pm aproximadamente, dijeron que hubo un problema con el servicio y que llegarían hasta el día siguiente, opté por pedir el reembolso, el cuál mencionaron que llegaría en 3 días, pasando los días no llegó el reembolso, mandé mensajes a la dueña hasta que dejó de responder. Insistí en llamadas, whatsapp y en messenger de la pagina. El reembolso llegó poco más de 1 mes después de que quedaron mal.
Recomiedo que compren directamente en el local o consideren comprar en otra florería, ya que en mi experiencia el servicio a domicilio que pagué fue pesimo. También no se me hizo justo que me reembolsaran 1 mes después de quedar mal, ya que para que te proporcionen el servicio te piden el 100% del pago para supuestamente entregar al domicilio.
Some time ago I requested an arrangement from this flower shop for my partner's birthday, I ordered 4 days in advance, I paid the same because if the payment is not made they deliver the flower arrangement, in fact the flowers never arrived at the agreed time, They answered me until approximately 8pm, they said that there was a problem with the service and that they would arrive until the next day, I opted to request the refund, which they mentioned would arrive in 3 days, as the days passed the refund did not arrive, I sent messages to the owner until she stopped responding. I insisted on calls, whatsapp and messenger of the page. The refund came just over 1 month after they went bad.
I recommend that you buy directly from the store or consider buying from another flower shop, since in my experience the delivery service I paid for was terrible. It was also not fair to me that they reimbursed me 1 month after looking bad, since in order to provide the service they ask you for 100% of the payment to supposedly deliver to the address.
