We are a professional pilates studio located in the city of Puerto Vallarta, our classes are taught by teacher Marcelo Mico. Our pilates method of physical toning is a unique exercise system of stretching and strengthening developed by Joseph H. Pilates more than ninety years ago. It tones and strengthens the muscles, improves posture, imparts flexibility and balance, unifies the body and mind, and leads to a return to a healthier, more attractive physique.
