★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a dress online to pick up in-store but they reached out to me to tell me they didn't have the dress available and needed to cancel the order. This is not an issue, but I've reached out multiple times and still have not received my refund or any communication back. Completely unacceptable.
UPDATE: It's now been 4 months since I have tried to get this resolved,
Sofía Jiménez Marrufo has been barely responsive and has still not processed the refund. It's too bad, because the store is lovely but not worth the unreliable customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bag, was told it was the only one, and one-of-a-kind. The next morning the strap of the bag broke before I even had a chance to use it. Took it back to the store for a refund, and lo and behold… they had more of the same bag and they wanted to do an exchange since they “don’t offer refunds” even though they sold me a defective product and blatantly lied about it being one-of-a-kind, which is absolutely absurd. Ended up exchanging it for a pair of earrings and hopefully those don’t break, too. Overall poor experience. Unethical salespeople and bad customer service.
