★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza. It's dough, sauce, cheese, and any number of a myriad of toppings. It's a relatively simple formula, and everyone seems to have their own variation on it. Marco gets it right. For 100 pesos, you get something that might not be called innovative, but is a very refined iteration of that classic formula. The people that work there take a certain pride in the work that they do and it's clear why - what they produce is food that makes you feel good.
