★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para encontrar refacciones, me sorprendió que los empleados estuvieran de buen humor y con una sonrisa en la cara. Hay buena atención al cliente, sin duda mucho mejor que en otras refaccionarias en donde los empleados parece que estan oliendo caca todo el día. Genial, sigan así.
 It is a good place to find parts, I was surprised that the employees were in a good mood and with a smile on their face. There is good customer service, certainly much better than in other refaccionarias where employees seem to be smelling poop all day. Great, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal trato, déspotas, prepotentes y sarcásticos. Es lo mismo por teléfono y en mostrador. Quisa den buen precio pero prefiero pagar mas que estar aguntando su mal servicio. Que lastima de gente. Y el gerente los defiende en lugar de corregirlos.
Bad treatment, despots, arrogant and sarcastic. It's the same over the phone and over the counter. They want to give a good price but I prefer to pay more than be exhausting their bad service. What a shame of people. And the manager defends them instead of correcting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno marca para cotizar y dicen que si tienen las piezas y que el precio es bueno ,según ellos mejoran el precio de la competencia cuando llegas a la sucursal se hacen .. que no saben quién llamo ya ni la vuelta que di desde lejos por eso los considero mal servicio aparte de los que te atienden son bien arrogantes

Se recomienda ir personal mente ya que manejan multimarcas y catálagos de diferentes modelos.
