★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está mañana me dirigí a preguntar si podían enmarcarme una foto y que esté lista por la tarde (anuncian marcos urgente) me dijeron que sí. Procedí a elegir el marco que me gustaba. Llegando la tarde fui por la foto y me dirigí a enmarcarla. Llegando la dueña me mandó por un tubo - literalmente -. Esa persona no tiene tacto alguno con el cliente ni se hizo responsable del compromiso que había hecho con su empleado durante la mañana. Creo es un tanto mayor para correr un negocio como dios manda. No lo recomiendo.
This morning I went to ask if they could frame me a picture and be ready in the afternoon (announce frames urgently) they said yes. I proceeded to choose the frame that I liked. Arriving in the afternoon I went for the photo and went to frame it. Arriving the owner sent me by a tube - literally. That person has no tact with the client nor was he responsible for the commitment he had made with his employee during the morning. I think it's a bit older to run a business as God commands. I do not recommend it.
