★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, tienen mucha variedad de opciones de marcos, desde marcos económicos o hasta importados que tardan un poco en llegar pero valen la pena, y dan atención personalizada, lleve una foto a enmarcar y me dieron muchas opciones, me gusto su servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, en serio pésimo lugar, llevé un rompecabezas a enmarcar y me djieron que pasara en una semana por el, me cancelaron la fecha de entrega tres veces, tres semanas después cuando se supone que ya ahora si lo tenían me dijeron que se les desarmó todo, me perdieron piezas y otras se mojaron y rompieron. No me compensaron de ninguna manera por eso, sólo me echaron a perder mi rompecabezas de colección limitada.
Lousy, seriously lousy, I took a puzzle to frame and they told me to pass in a week through it, they canceled the delivery date three times, three weeks later when it is assumed that now if they had it they told me they were disarmed everything, I lost pieces and others got wet and broke. They didn't compensate me in any way for that, they just spoiled my limited collection puzzle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atencion pero sobre todo entrega en tiempo y forma. Lleve dos titulos originales a enmarcar y quedaron perfectos. Los marcos de importacion valen la pena aunque tarden un poco. En el camino se me rompio el vidrio de uno, se los regrese dias despues y no me cobraron nada por ese vidrio extra. Saluditos
Excellent attention but above all delivery in time and form. Take two original titles to frame and they were perfect. Import frames are worth it even if it takes a little while. On the way, my glass broke, I returned them days later and they did not charge me for that extra glass. Cheers

La segunda vez que fui , quería enmarcar exactamente el mismo tamaño de cuadro con el mismo marco.. resultó que me querían cobrar $100 más por el mismo trabajo, alegando que me habían dado mal el precio, pero si ya me habían dado un precio y lo pague deberían respetarlo. En fin.. tengo muchismos cuadros que me faltan por enmarcar.. que lástima porque perdieorn a un cliente..

The second time I went, I wanted to frame the exact same size of painting with the same frame .. it turned out that they wanted to charge me $ 100 more for the same work, claiming that they had given me the wrong price, but they had already given me a price and pay it they should respect it.
