★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fué una desafortunada experiencia. El personal no me atendió bien, fueron groseros y el marco estaba mal hecho y descuadrado. Yo les dije que en casa yo colocaría el bordado sin embargo, aún así no quisieron colocar la orejita para colgar el cuadro, le insistí que por lo menos eso lo colocaran y también lo hicieron mal, y cuando les hice la observación, se enojaron y lo volvieron a quitar y me dijeron que entonces yo lo hiciera, la verdad, por lo anterior me abstengo de recomendarlo y jamás regresaré a esa tienda.
It was an unfortunate experience. The staff did not attend me well, they were rude and the frame was poorly made and careless. I told them that at home I would place the embroidery however, they still did not want to place the ear to hang the picture, I insisted that at least that they placed it and they also did it wrong, and when I made them the observation, they got angry and they removed it again and they told me that then I did it, really, because of the above I refrain from recommending it and I will never return to that store.
