★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui su clienta por años y todos los marcos me los entregaron con cartón y no con fibracel, lo descubrí después de un tiempo cuándo vi que el cartón con el clima se humedece. Ellos saben que deben entregar su trabajo con fibracel, pero por ahorrarse $10 pesos lo hacen con cartón. Diciendo que “cobran barato y su trabajo es bueno”. Pero la verdad no te dan lista de precios ni garantía te cobran como te ven, desconocen el trato al servicio al cliente. Personas bastante déspotas y groceras. Termine pagando extra su mal servicio y además siendo insultada. No recomiendo este lugar no saben el valor de lo enmarcan y no se hacen responsables. Dicen que tienen 40 años ahí... lo más probable es que sea un local heredado. Lo barato sale caro.

I ended up paying extra for their bad service and also being insulted. I do not recommend this place they do not know the value of it and they are not responsible. They say they have 40 years there ... most likely it is an inherited place. Cheap is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que terrible que por ganarse unos pesos y engañar a los clientes utilicen cartón de tercera que se humedece y pone en peligro los grabados originales que se enmarcaron , y no solo eso , cuando van a pedirles que corrijan el trabajo que hicieron y por el cual cobraron un precio de primera calidad, ustedes nieguen el servicio y no tomen responsabilidad alguna , y PEOR que instalados en su machismo amenacen a su clienta de años diciéndole que si no fuera mujer se la madrean, una amenaza terrible en esta época, dos machos queriéndosele imponer a una mujer que está en todo su derecho de reclamarles su pésimo trabajo. Seguro así engañan a todas las mujeres que contratan sus servicios , cobran de primera con materiales de tercera .
