Mis cuadros estuvieron listos después de tres meses durante los cuales hubo un momento en que pensé que los habían perdido o estropeado porque nunca los encontraban. Finalmente me los entregaron con el trabajo pésimo -que noté hasta que los desenvolví en casa-, el marco despostillado y básicamente descarapelándose. Quede tremendamente inconforme, sugiero no perder tiempo ni dinero en este establecimiento.
Terrible attention, very expensive and very bad work. My paintings were ready after three months during which there was a moment when I thought they had been lost or spoiled because they were never found. They were finally delivered to me with lousy work - which I noticed until I unwrapped them at home - the frame chipped and basically peeling off. Be extremely dissatisfied, I suggest not wasting time or money in this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trabajo con mi cuadro. El empleado se tomo tiempo de mostrarme todos los posibles cuadros y me elaboro un presupuesto asta te accesible. Asi mismo, mi cuadro estuvo listo en el tiempo que se prometio. Finalmente quede bastante contento con el trabajo. Bastante recomendable
Nice work on my painting. The employee took the time to show me all the possible paintings and I elaborated a budget that was accessible. Likewise, my painting was ready in the time promised. Finally I was quite happy with the work. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enmarqué 3 piezas con ellos: luego de 10 días, a la entrega un cristal estaba roto y otro tenía polvo negro en la Maria Luisa. De las 2 piezas que me llevé ese día, una tenía rayones leves en el marco, y el otro estaba muy bien hecho. De la 3a pieza me lo prometieron un lunes, fui 2 días más en vano (no tenían el cristal, luego no encontraban mi cuadro), y a la 3a aún no lo tenían listo. Tardaron 20 minutos en enmarcarlo, y al salir de la tienda me di cuenta de que el marco tenía rayones (que no vi en la tienda, culpa mía). Es caro el trabajo, cuando hacen el trabajo bien, es excelente; pero la atención al cliente pésima (con levantar el teléfono me hubieran evitado perder el tiempo 3 veces).
I had 3 large pieces framed with them: after 10 days, when collecting I noticed one of the glass panes was broken and another piece had black dust on the mount under the glass. I left with 2 pieces that day, and later noticed scratches on one of the frames, while the other was very nicely done. I was told I could collect the 3rd piece on a Monday, and ended up making 2 trips in vain (didn't get the glass, couldn't find my painting), and on the 3rd trip they didn't have it done. Took 20 minutes to finish the frame, and when I left I noticed it was scratched (I should've checked it better in the store, my own blasted fault). They're expensive, and when they do good work it's really good, but their customer service is terrible (I wasted time on three afternoons because they couldn't bother to pick up the phone).
