Marea Yoga Studio nace de la idea de ofrecer un espacio donde puedas encontrarte a ti mismo a través de la práctica del yoga, en un entorno de respeto y amor rodeado de naturaleza.
Ofrecemos hatha yoga, vinyasa, power vinyasa flow, yin yoga, aerial yoga, kundalini, rocket, mandala vinyasa, restaurativo, ashtanga, meditación, entre otros, para niveles principiantes, intermedios y avanzados.
Semanalmente ofrecemos talleres para profundizar y perfeccionar la práctica.
Marea Yoga Studio is born from the idea of offering a space where you can find yourself through the practice of yoga, in an environment of respect and love surrounded by nature.
We offer hatha yoga, vinyasa, power vinyasa flow, yin yoga, aerial yoga, kundalini, rocket, mandala vinyasa, restaurative, ashtanga, meditation, among others, for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.
Weekly we offer workshops to deepen and refine the practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly highly recommend this yoga studio!!! There are various styles offered during the day - almost everyday! The studio itself is inviting and well ventilated with good studio equipment. The women that teach the classes are absolutely divine - I’m only sad I couldn’t take more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good and Sweet yoga studio! I can recommend going there! I have been there almost everyday on my 2 weeks vacation in Puerto Escondido. It’s open air and you feel very safe there with the teachers. I especially liked all classes from Sabine and the Ashtanga classes.

I would highly recommend taking classes offered by Sabine and Vicky. They are extremely warm individuals who are extremely accommodating & compassionate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Puerto Escondido and was very lucky as 5 minutes away from me i found this super nice Yoga Studio. It’s a very calm and peaceful place. The yoga classes are on a rooftop where you can see palms and the ocean :) The classes are very well selected. From Power Yoga, to Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Kundalini and Yin Yoga. There is a good selection which made me go nearly everyday. The teachers are very professional with years of experience and help you a long during your poses.
A special thanks to Sabine, who taught me so many good things so that I could improve my Yoga skills during my stay. :)
Pricewise i also highly recommended this beautiful place ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marea Yoga Studio is great! They offer different yoga styles at different times during the day. Ive done several classes with different teachers there and Ive enjoyed them tall! My favorite is the Early Bird class with Sabine, an amazing way to start your day, Ive learnt so much from her wisdom, knowledge and sense of humor. The studio is beautiful too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very well organized. The owner/organizer is never there and everything is via WhatsApp. Great teachers when they show up or when the classes are not changed the last minute or canceled! Super noisy surroundings. It is an outdoor studio. Lots of roosters next door, construction work everywhere and cars and trucks passing constantly and lots of mosquitos in the evenings. Also very expensive classes. Will not return.
