En general estan muy bien las instalaciones, puedo confirmar los buenos comentarios que hacen sobre estas habitaciones yaque gracias a ellos me hospede aqui, y la verdad supero mis expectativas, limpio, alberca limpia, seguro, a 100 metros de la playa, a 1 calle de caseta de policia, instalaciones de primer, de aqui en adelante sera nuestra primer opcion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Marena Suites and Apartments for 15 nights in December 2016. Overall, it was the best hotel stay for us in years.
This is a recently built modern private hotel with smart layouts inside the suites and well-designed common use areas. Everything is in great condition and very clean. No mold, no musty smell, no insects, no litter on the premises. The property is very well maintained and landscaped. The hotel ground is a beauty. The swimming pool is clean and is a pleasure to use.
Conveniently located on a very quiet street yet very close to the Golden Zone (within a 5 minutes' walk from the ocean beach), this hotel is the best option if you want to just relax on your vacation and stay in a clean, quiet place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely LOVED our stay! Honeslty, I wish I could have discovered this place the first day we came to Mazatlan. The location was so close to everything, the amenities offer nice pool, jacuzzi, a few lounge areas - I used one of them for work in the morning. The room was spacious and comfortable. Additional bonus is that they have a cutest cafeteria right next door with a top notch menu. I loved this stay because it felt like everything was well thought for their guests to enjoy their time and have everything they need. Appreacite such service and definitely will come back again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside appearance was decent. Our room had a very strong smell of mold, flea like bugs in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. We returned the room key and left.
The gentleman in the office was very friendly and apologized. I still don't understand how this place has such good reviews. Seems suspicious.
