Anyone is supposed to think that they were gold because the pendant is all discolored and turned white
I never buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente con poca experiencia al cambiar piezas de relojería. Dañaron mi reloj y al confrontarlos la misma dueña del lugar me dijo textualmente que solamente se hacen responsables por la batería no de otros daños causados durante su recambio. Pésimo servicio
People with little experience changing watch parts. They damaged my watch and when confronted by the same owner of the place she told me verbatim that they are only responsible for the battery and not for other damages caused during its replacement. Terrible service

The customer service is PESIMA, I just had to change a battery in my watch and I return it all scratched. Mrs. very DESPOTA Y SANGRONA was not responsible for what she did, and she didn't even ask me for an apology. IT'S THE WORST JEWELRY I HAVE GOT TO.
