Hice mi pedido a domicilio, llegaron rápido. Sin embargo, la carne estaba cruda, es por eso que pongo dos estrellas.
Como contestó el restaurant, efectivamente me contactaron para compensar la carne cruda de mi pedido, buena atención y respuesta de su parte. Pero sigo manteniendo las dos estrellas ya que en mi opinión enviar la carne cruda es sinónimo de no verificar la calidad en la preparación.
 I had expectations because there are many comments that are good.
I placed my order at home, they arrived quickly. However, the meat was raw, that's why I put two stars.
As the restaurant answered, they actually contacted me to compensate for the raw meat in my order, good attention and response on their part. But I still maintain the two stars since, in my opinion, sending the meat raw is synonymous with not verifying the quality of the preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atrevo a asegurar que sin importar que es lo que pidas vas a terminar sumamente satisfecho en cuanto a sabor y calidad. Su Mac & Cheese es delicioso y perfecto como entrada pero el Pork Belly es espectacular ?. Ambos tienen la medida perfecta para compartir.
La suadeburger en definitiva es una de las estrellas de la casa. Su tamaño y sabor son perfectos si vienes con mucha hambre.
La Margarita Jam con su mermelada de tocino está increíble. No es tan grande como la suadeburger pero su sabor te va a sorprender.
Para tomar te recomiendo su limonada de jengibre o hierbabuena. Ambas son el balance Perfecto para tantos sabores.
Si quieres cerrar con algo dulce, sus malteadas son la opción perfecta. La de chocolate con Baileys es mucho más dulce que la de vainilla con whisky pero ambas son deliciosas.
Lo que me ha quedado a deber es el servicio en cuanto a rapidez y disponibilidad pero, cuando visitas el local, te das cuenta de la cantidad de pedidos que tienen lo cual (supongo) llega a sobrepasarlos haciendo que tengas que esperar un poco más de lo que estás habituado; sin embargo la espera vale la pena.
I dare to assure you that no matter what you order, you will end up extremely satisfied in terms of flavor and quality. Their Mac & Cheese is delicious and perfect as an appetizer but the Pork Belly is spectacular ?. Both are the perfect size to share.
The suadeburger is definitely one of the stars of the house. Its size and flavor are perfect if you come very hungry.
The Margarita Jam with its bacon jam is amazing. It is not as big as the suadeburger but its flavor will surprise you.
To drink I recommend their ginger or mint lemonade. Both are the perfect balance for so many flavors.
If you want to close with something sweet, their milkshakes are the perfect option. The chocolate with Baileys is much sweeter than the vanilla with whiskey but both are delicious.
What I have left to owe is the service in terms of speed and availability but, when you visit the place, you realize the number of orders they have which (I suppose) exceeds them, making you have to wait a little more than what you are used to; however, the wait is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sabor, menos de 5 minutitos me duro mi hamburguesa. Hay ofertas que anuncian en su cuenta de Instagram con el mismo nombre. Los precios van acorde a la zona así que podrían ser elevados para algunos. Pero vale la pena ir y probarlas.
Tomen en cuenta que el lugar es pequeño con apenas 4-5 meses en un pasillo.
Excellent flavor, less than 5 minutes my hamburger lasted. There are offers that they advertise on their Instagram account with the same name. Prices are according to the area so they could be high for some. But it is worth going and trying them.
Keep in mind that the place is small with only 4-5 months in one hallway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta en un pasillo de una casa Vieja por lo que no hay gran cantidad de mesas. El servicio fue amable. La limonada estaba de buen sabor pero nada fresca, literal estaba a temperatura ambiente. Lo mejor fue el mac&cheese y el pork belly en morita, deliciosos. Las hamburguesas estaban bien, el pan no se deshace y no son extremadamente grandes, la pop no tenia mucho sabor de la salsa secreta pero la margarita jam estaba rica con la salsita dulce, con notas de maple. A la salsa de queso le falta punch, es como una salsa corriente de nachos con un intento de darle un toque especial que se quedo a medias.
The place is in a corridor of an old house so there are not a lot of tables. The service was friendly. The lemonade tasted good but nothing fresh, it was literally room temperature. The best was the mac & cheese and the pork belly in morita, delicious. The burgers were good, the bun didn't fall apart and they weren't extremely big, the pop didn't have much flavor from the secret sauce but the margarita jam was rich with the sweet sauce, with hints of maple. The cheese sauce lacks punch, it's like a regular nacho sauce with an attempt to give it a special touch that was left halfway.

A small place, not many tables, so also if you might have to wait to be seated, it's definitely worth it!
