I went to Studio Margoth for a hair and makeup appointment for a wedding. I was satisfied with the hairstyle, but the makeup was the worst thing I've ever had in my life, so much so that I even completely removed my makeup to put on my makeup again. I showed a photo of what I wanted to the makeup artist and what she did had nothing to do with it, leaving me with poorly done and unfavorable makeup, full of smudges and traces of shadows all over my face. They use makeup products bought from the tianguis, they don't use minimally decent products and it shows. I brought my own eyelashes and they fell out as soon as I left there, and one of them destroyed it because he cut it with scissors and I couldn't use them anymore. The service is very expensive and I, in order not to make them look bad (there were other clients that day), did not want to show my displeasure. I only told Jesus the supposed owner and he gave me a discount of 200 pesos, which is ridiculous. I later found out that ALL the clients who were there left just as angry about the poor quality of the makeup. In short, a service NIGHTMARE. I tried to talk to them so that we could come to a solution and they offered me to fix things with them again at an upcoming event, and when I told them that it didn't work for me since I don't have any upcoming events in Puebla, they simply stop answering, so I don't know Don't be fooled by their supposed professionalism.
