Es fácil tener un momento ratatouille ahí con algo tan simple como el consomé. Las tortillas están hechas a mano y son espectaculares. El mole brilla en cualquier presentación. Además me atrevo a decir que en ninguna otra fonda hacen un hígado encebollado como el que hacen aquí. Es delicioso, no es caro y es una maravilla que exista. Gracias universo por el María Bonita. Definitivamente ir en época de chiles en nogada es una delicia al paladar, pero en cualquier época del año tienen platillos para cubrir las expectativas de los más exigentes. Hoy la mesa estuvo variada. Mi prima pidió el chile en nogada, yo me pedí una costilla de res y mi novia una quesadilla de chicharrón. La semana pasada nos fuimos por la comida corrida… que su consomé o sopita de papa, que sí arroz blanco o su espagueti rojo… probamo ambas sopas, un arroz con huevo frito y el otro con plátanos fritos y probamos el pollo con mole y el entomatado de res. Todo ha estado delicioso y las tortillas son un manjar: Regresaré por más mientras sigo en cdmx. En verdad es un lugar digno de visitar si quieres probar un súper sazón en comida típica mexicana.
