★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La atención al cliente es mala, no dan información exacta (dicen todo muy escueto) ni te piden detalles de tu pedido, dan por hecho lo que ellos quieren entregarte. Cancelé mi pedido por el mal trato que me estaban dando y por la falta de información y en lugar de llegar a un acuerdo me dijeron que me regresaban el dinero al día siguiente (ojo: hice el deposito COMPLETO confiando en ellos malamente), les pedí que me dieran una hora exacta porque necesitaba ese dinero (para hacer mi pedido en otra parte) y no me quisieron dar una hora solo que esperara diciendo "tu cancelaste yo no" como diciendo que la culpa era mía y que me aguantara. Pues no, no me aguanto nada y mucho menos un mal trato. No los recomiendo, por más bonitos que se vean los pasteles en las fotos, te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, arrogantes y groseros. Cuidado si van a hacer un pedido, esperen un mal trato
Terrible service. Customer service is bad, they don't give exact information (they say everything very brief) or ask for details of your order, they take for granted what they want to deliver to you. I canceled my order due to the bad treatment they were giving me and the lack of information and instead of reaching an agreement they told me that they would return the money the next day (beware: I made the FULL deposit trusting them badly), I asked them That they give me an exact time because I needed that money (to place my order elsewhere) and they didn't want to give me an hour just to wait saying "you canceled, not me" as if to say that it was my fault and to put up with me. Well no, I can't stand anything, much less a bad treatment. I do not recommend them, as beautiful as the cakes look in the photos, they treat you like they are doing you a favor, arrogant and rude. Be careful if you are going to place an order, expect a bad deal
