La sopa de tortilla con poco sabor, lo que no me gusta es que la espesan con Maizena o masa, es muy pesada. Del mole con pollo, el mole pudiera mejorar, textura sumamente arenosa (posiblemente lo espesan con galletas o masa), el pollo duro, por un momento pensé que era frito pero veo que era una pechuga hervida desde temprano y que se le secó la superficie. Las tortillas duras y sudadas. La arrachera con buen sabor pero la porción del plato es pobre. No me arriesgué con los postres. Lamentablemente no regreso a este lugar. The tortillas are hard and sweaty. The flank steak tastes good but the portion of the plate is poor. I didn't take a chance on the desserts. Unfortunately I will not return to this place.

Sin embargo, hay cosas que no cumplen del todo las expectativas de lo que por la vista se percibe: El servicio es un poco distraído, los platillos se tardan en ser servidos y la comida, si bien no es mala y la presentación es buena, le hace falta sazón, sabor... Y aún más cuando vez el precio que debes tomar mucho en cuenta ya que es elevado en relación a lo que en la zona puedes experimentar. Fuimos el 14 de febrero por el menú de degustación y nos tocó la fortuna de escuchar un saxofonista que amenizaba la noche, eso le dió un toque especial a la velada. De la comida nos gustó todo. El salmón delicioso, lo único que faltó es que la crema de corazón de alcachofa tuviera más sabor a alcachofa y menos a espárrago. De ahí en fuera muy recomendable y obvio volveremos. Sin embargo la comida me resultó un poco salada, incluso algo grasosa, en cuanto a las tostadas de mariscos, ya tienen preparado todo y no es posible quitarle algún ingrediente, y en promedio muchas cosas de las que ofrecen ya están así.
