★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House keeper done amazing job for the room, receptionist, waitresses, and all the staff were lovely and helpful. The shower at the pool area have shower gel to use before entering the pool. One of the best shower we had in Mexico. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Water in shower was either cold or very cold. Only time we had hot water was early morning. Room AC worked great but keep in mind hallway is not air-conditioned. Restaurant had great breakfast and bar came in handy for water and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifi is excellent throughout the hotel. The room is clean-ish, plenty of hair on the floor from previous guests. The walkie-talkies they use are WAY TOO LOUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in the Centro, but if that's where you actually want to be stay somewhere else and take an Uber in. Staying here is loud. Traffic will wake you up at 5 or 6 seven morning and you'll constantly feel claustrophobic on the streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff is just out to make some extra money. The service at the breakfast is horrible and they don’t pay attention at all. For the same price, I believe you can get something better in this beautiful city.
The rooms are clean.
