Rente el vestido con casi dos meses de anticipación, le tenían que hacer varios ajustes por ejemplo en los tirantes que quedaban grandes y al quedar grandes el vestido se me veía grande de la parte de enfrente y el otro ajuste era la cola del vestido la tenían que ajustar porque era muy muy larga. Total el día del evento mande a una persona por el y cuando llegan con mi vestido era un asco, ya no podía ni llorar porque ya me habían maquillado, los tirantes estaban tan apretados que le tuve que descoser el arreglo que para colmo pusieron un hilo de color negro súper obvio cuando el vestido era rojo. La cola fue lo más notorio porque parecía que traía un pañal lleno de ? arrastrando... horrible!!! La renta carísima alrededor de 1500 pesos y para colmo no me enviaron los accesorios de aretes ni bolsa. Tuve que volver a mandar a alguien porque a la señorita que nos atendió se le olvidó ponerlos. La verdad fue la peor desgracia haberme guiado por las fotos tan bonitas que suben, el servicio es pésimo ni una disculpa viéndome tan molesta al momento de regresarles el vestido. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo hay mejores lugares con precios justos, un trato digno y mucho mejores vestidos. Les puse una estrella porque no existe el cero en esta calificación.
Terrible service. Total the day of the event I sent a person for him and when they arrive with my dress it was disgusting, I could not even cry because they had already made me up, the braces were so tight that I had to undo the arrangement that to make matters worse they put a thread Super obvious black color when the dress was red. The tail was the most notorious because it looked like it was wearing a diaper full of ? dragging ... horrible !!! The expensive rent around 1500 pesos and to top it off they did not send me the accessories of earrings or bag. I had to send someone back because the lady who took care of us forgot to put them on. The truth was the worst misfortune to have been guided by the beautiful photos that come up, the service is lousy, not an apology, seeing me so annoying when I returned the dress. I definitely do not recommend there are better places with fair prices, decent treatment and much better dresses. I gave them a star because there is no zero in this rating.
