Es importante llegar unos 15 minutos antes de la cita ya que toman tus signos vitales, tu peso, estatura y revisan que tu expediente esté completo. La organización y atención está muy bien. Me atendió la Dra. Nathalia Muñoz, me agradó mucho ya que explica todo y aclara las dudas a la perfección. Ahí mismo puedes surtir la receta y los precios son muy competitivos incluso más baratos que en farmacias de cadena. Recomiendo la clínica ampliamente ???

The organization and attention is very good. I was attended by Dr. Nathalia Muñoz, I liked her a lot since she explains everything and clarifies doubts perfectly. Right there you can fill the prescription and the prices are very competitive even cheaper than in chain pharmacies. I highly recommend the clinic ???

No te responden los correos, aún cuando preguntas cosas de suma importancia sobre los diagnósticos que te dan. Si llamas por teléfono y tu doctora no se encuentra, no tienen la amabilidad de devolverte la mañana (tal y como dicen que lo harán). Muy bonito el lugar, pero el profesionalismo en ese aspecto es muy bajo. Tuve que preguntarle a otro doctor particular, unas dudas que tenía sobre mis resultados, porque aquí en 2 semanas jamás me dieron respuesta.
Total disappointment, of the attention they have with their clients/patients.
They do not answer your emails, even when you ask very important things about the diagnoses they give you. If you call and your doctor is not there, they are not kind enough to give you back the morning (as they say they will). The place is very nice, but the professionalism in that aspect is very low. I had to ask another private doctor about some doubts I had about my results, because here in 2 weeks they never gave me an answer.
