★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venimos a acompañar como padres a mi pequeña hija de 8 años de edad, me pareció muy grosero y de mal gusto que solo pudiera pasar un adulto con ella dejandome fuera de la consulta, en este caso de no poder pasar a consulta con mí hija en este lugar PARTICIPAR!! en dónde la consulta no es nada económica, me hubiera ido al ISSSTE!! Por ese motivo no acudí para que ambos papás estuvieras en consulta con mí hija! Muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que la impuntualidad es una falta de respeto! Ojo si agendas cita en este lugar asiste con demasiado tiempo, porque aquí el único tiempo que vale es el de los médicos y el de los pacientes no.
Se supone que por eso se agendan las citas, sin embargo no las respetan.

Agendé una cita vía online, y les escribí a su facebook para confirmarla, (ya que había leído otras opiniones donde se quejaban de llegar a la consulta y su cita no estaba registrada). Y efectivamente, tienen pésima organización entre sus múltiples plataformas como doctoralia y su página web; pues resulta que para la cita que por cierto ya me habían confirmado por correo electrónico, la persona que me atendió en facebook me dijo que no tenían doctora ni espacio. Es decir, si no hubiera escrito a través de facebook, habría llegado a la consulta y nadie me habría atendido ?
