Pague todo el servicio que me jiña a hacer, y un día antes les escribí diciéndoles que no podía asistir, les dije con tiempo porque es lo que te piden para poder acomodar sus agendas y lo respeto y entiendo completamente pero al día siguiente que me contestan me dicen que que día gusto reagendar pero tuve mucho trabajo y no conteste rápido y a las horas (ese mismo día pero más tarde) me dicen que ya perdí parte de mi dinero por no reagendar rápido. Esto me parece un robo, poco ético y cero profesional de su parte, en cualquier negocio más grande te respetan tu pago, y aún más si avisas con anticipación que no puedes asistir. Pero si pagas ellos deben estar pendientes de terminar con su parte del trato, con prestar su servicio y ellos no lo cumplieron, esto es un robo. No doné mi dinero. Me siento muy decepcionada porque perdí mi dinero, el cual me cuesta ganar todos los días. No recomiendo este servicio para nada.
Lousy place. I paid for all the service that they asked me to do, and the day before I wrote to them telling them that I couldn't attend, I told them ahead of time because that is what they ask of you in order to accommodate their schedules and I fully respect and understand it, but the next day they answer me They tell me what day I like to reschedule but I had a lot of work and I didn't answer quickly and at hours (that same day but later) they tell me that I already lost part of my money for not rescheduling quickly. This seems to me to be theft, unethical and unprofessional on their part, in any larger business they respect your payment, and even more so if you notify in advance that you cannot attend. But if you pay, they must be pending to finish their part of the deal, to provide their service and they did not comply, this is theft. I didn't donate my money. I feel very disappointed because I lost my money, which I struggle to earn every day. I do not recommend this service at all.
