El lugar es muy grande donde hay muchas chicas diferentes no es personalizado y pienso que no hay el espíritu de profesionalismo lo hacen como robots sin importar la calidad del trabajo al menos eso es.lo que me toco They didn't last me at all! The place is very big where there are many different girls it is not personalized and I think there is no spirit of professionalism they do it like robots regardless of the quality of the work at least that is what I get.

Llevo visitando su sucursal poco más de 6 meses y después de hoy no voy a volver jamás. Por “no tener tiempo” y limitarse únicamente a lo que quieren o tienen ganas de hacer, hoy me hicieron irme de su sucursal por “no poder hacer nada” para solucionar un problema que presentaron mis uñas por culpa suya. En mi penúltima cita con ustedes me aplicaron una capa de calcio sobre un baño de acrílico que me aplicaron anteriormente y eventualmente, hoy mientras me arreglaban mis uñas, el acrílico comenzó a botarse en 2 de ellas y en lugar de arreglarlo, el único comentario que hicieron fue no tener tiempo para arreglarlo a pesar de que en recepción una persona de su equipo de trabajo corroboró que SÍ me habían puesto una capa de calcio sobre una de acrílico la penúltima vez que las visite. Pero claro no podía irme sin pagarles los 50 pesos del excepcional trabajo que habían hecho hoy; qué pena que un lugar donde se suelen hacer las cosas bien baje su calidad en el servicio únicamente por atender más clientes sin prestar atención en los detalles. Definitivamente es algo que voy a compartir con las personas que recomendé y con todas aquellas que me pidan una referencia. I really enjoyed the experience and I will definitely return. I highly recommend going here for a manicure/pedicure.
