★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad e tenido muy mala experiencia con esta joyería ordene un anillo en Oct el cual recibí y tan pronto como.lo empecé a usar me comenzó a manchar el dedo de color verdoso lo llevé a una joyería y me dijeron que solo era bañado de oro a mi se me vendió ese anillo como oro de 14k lo trate de regresar y ellas ofrecieron componerlo, les di la oportunidad de componerlo y cuando me lo dieron seguía teniendo el mismo problema y me dieron la excusa que era mi PH yo tengo muchas pre das de oro y con ninguna e tenido ninguna problema solo con esa pieza, supuestamente lo volvieron a hacer y me mandan un video que todavía tiene ese problema pero aun así no me quieren regresar mi dinero, les aconsejo que verifiquen la calidad de esos productos. Yo todavía estoy peleando que me regresen mi dinero.

I took it to a jewelry store and they told me that it was only gold plated. that ring was sold to me as 14k gold I tried to return it and they offered to fix it, I gave them the opportunity to fix it and when they gave it to me I still had the same problem and they gave me the excuse that it was my PH I have many pre das of gold and with none I had any problem only with that piece, supposedly they did it again and they send me a video that still has that problem but even so they do not want to return my money, I advise you to verify the quality of those products. I am still fighting to get my money back.
