They left me standing and hanging with my event, they did not help me to solve it, they just couldn't come and I requested it days in advance, I do not recommend it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue mala, me trajeron llamandoles para ver si ya iban para mi evento, me decian q habia trafico, q estaban a 20 minutos, despues q a 10 minutos mas, de esos 10 minutos, nuevamente a 20 minutos, terminaron diciendome que les habian mandado mal la direccion pero que en otros 25 minutos ya estaban ahi, me comunique con la secretaria para ver que estaba pasando y solo me dijo que no era culpa de ella, que google por error los habia mandado a otro lado, obvio no era algo creible porque tres veces mande ubicacion en tiempo real y mejor cancele, tienen buen puntaje, por eso me confie en fin.
My experience was bad, they brought me calling to see if they were already going to my event, they told me that there was traffic, that they were 20 minutes away, then 10 more minutes, of those 10 minutes, again 20 minutes, they ended up telling me that they had been I sent the wrong address but in another 25 minutes they were already there, I contacted the secretary to see what was happening and she only told me that it was not her fault, that Google had mistakenly sent them elsewhere, obviously it was not something credible because three times send location in real time and better cancel, they have a good score, so I trust in the end.
