los meseros no ubican al entrar, pésimo servicio, no atienden bien a la mesa, hay un administrador de camisa azul que parece un policía bravo,mira feo, no le preocupa atender ni que su gente lo haga bien, su única prioridad es incomodar a los huéspedes si están mojados o con camisa abierta, que pesar gran hotel y comida. la experiencia es muy diferente en los otros restaurantes.

Food and service (Señor Miguel Itza & Jose Trinidad & David Brindis & Yovani Guiterrez) was awesome. Get the grilled fish, and the salsa.

The food is great but sadly the service was terrible. We went there several times after going to the spa, which is very close, and we did not get treated like we expected. Usually the wait staff finds you a seat but they never even looked at us when we came in and had to ask where to sit. Even though the restaurant was empty our "server" spent his entire time folding napkins and I had to get the drinks at the bar while the other waiters would get drinks for their section. The plates piled up at our table, and even the bar tender and the cook looked very displeased and upset that they were working. Their job is to make guests feel happy and they failed completely at that. La comida esta deliciosa pero desafortunadamente el servicio fue terrible. Normalmente los meseros nos dan asientos pero cuando entramos nos ignoraron. Aunque el restaurante estaba vacío nuestro mesero estaba sólo doblando servilletas y teníamos que agarrar nuestras bebidas de la barra y los platos se acumularon en la mesa. Los otros meseros si estaban bien prestos a su sección. Aún el de la barra y el cocinero no se veían contentos. Su trabajo es hacer que los huéspedes se sientan felices y no lograron eso.

Best view and best food so far of the grills.....until I got food poisoning. Lots of Mexican choices, but theyre bland. Usual beige food. Lots of salad stuff and fruit. Awful desserts. Fantastic view and good service.
