A nice place. Cheap and comfortable. Was the reason to chose them. Close to the beach and good service, In a central location. Excelent sea view. The service was good but ignored the quality of the food.

Honestly.. I fell in love with this place. It has been my home away from home. I have been staying here for about a week or so, and the hospitality with the people that run/work here has been nothing but great. Anything that I have needed they have been on it like flies on poop, and nice as hell about it. The beach is your backyard, and almost every activity you should do is right there. NO JOKE. the beach is right there with many things to do.... So, when I got here, I ordered the smallest room possible in this hotel, but there was a bit of a problem with it when I got here. Katya, the girl in the front desk, sweetest person you'll probably ever meet(Also the reason why I'm even taking the time to write this review) helped me out so damn much and gave us a suit. FYI, my room was the CHILE room, as it should have been. ;P If you're booking here tho, you're getting what you pay for, but for the most part, the people that work here make the experience that much worth it. The little restaurant downstairs sales very good food. Simple as all heck, but good none the less. Ill be honest.. its a bit of an old type of hotel, but still, it felt very homie and enjoyable as well. I wish I didn't have to leave, honest to god, but I gotta go back to the real life. Theres a bar/restaurant next door called Gus Gus. Enjoy it while you're here because when you leave, you're going to miss it. They have live music and I seriously enjoyed listening to it every night from my room and from the balcony. Besides that, everything else is walking distance. If there is any problem at all while you're here. Be nice and talk to the people that work here. They are too damn kind compared to the many hotels I've visited in my travels from all the different parts of the world I've been to. There are a lot of things i did while i was here. ENJOY YOUR SELF AND I HOPE YOU DO IT AS MUCH AS I DID MYSELF. I HOPE to come back again, and get the same CHILE ROOM.

It is the worst hotel I have been too. The service is horrible and the amounts they charge once you are here are ridiculous! There is no parking unless you pay 50 pesos additional to your cost per day, there is no pool, the room was full of ants and the A/C’s inside of the room make so much noise you can barely sleep. They charge so much with the hotel being so cheap and nasty worst experience ever.

Attention is good and it was a huge plus the Pet friendly feature, was looking for somewhere to stay with my dogs. Rooms are not big, actually it's a little small for the price but it worked for the night I needed. Good location!

Very helpful for single american. Safe, friendly I stayed in "the palapa" #23 . Top floor, thatched roof and ac with ocean views! The roof deck is amazing, complete with grills. Great location, live music every night across the street at Gus Gus. Pronunciation goose goose.

Cute little place in the golden zone area and close to the beach. Extremely friendly staff and very helpful and attentive. Carl's juniors is right across the street and great coffee place called Ricos Cafe and Gus Gus a fun bar with live music. Taxis are always available in this area and the bus stop is right outside.

This place is amazing. Not only did we enjoy the stay and the view, the rooftop is a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people who are also travelling. We ran into some folks from Mexico who we ended up barbecuing tacos with and drinking with long into the evening. We had a great time when all we expected to do was relax! Great times.

The ocean was just a couple feet away from the hotel entrance. Comfortable atmosphere, great service and really clean rooms.
