★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con un amplio jardín muy bien cuidado, una zona de juegos apropiada y un salón un poco sencillo pero versátil. En general el acceso al jardín es sencillo llegando por calzada del Pacífico. Hace un poco de frío, lleva ropa abrigadora para la tarde.
