★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent breakfast/brunch place. It has a good reputation and that shows with the crowds. We waited only about 5 minutes before a table opened up. Breakfast was great, the coffee was good, and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurants like Maria’s are becoming a rarity. Simple, straightforward, well-designed and well-cooked dishes made with quality fresh ingredients. Waitstaff was excellent. No mystery here why they are successful. We ate here multiple times on our visit to San Pancho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria's has consistently great service and meals. My husband and I ate here 3 times, enjoying chili rellenos, fish fillet, octopus, salads and blended margueritas. The staff is friendly and Maria came to our table to check on us as well. There is outdoor tables and the front of the building is open so very good ventilation. Some nights there is live music and reservations can be made if you want to ensure a table. I highly recommend Maria's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Spectacular!!!! We only ate there once for our last meal but would've gone back more than once for sure! The arrachera tacos were delicious, the meat really tender and flavourful, the spicy mayo sauce they provide is also very tasty! We ordered the Fish Zarandeado and the Maracuya juice they make in house, holy moly best juice and fish i've had. It was so buttery and fresh, the topping flavourful without being too much! The side of rice was super flavourful and so were the frijoles!
