El Kouign Amann y sus eclairs te dejarán con ganas de más. El personal es amable y atento. La chef Maricú Ortiz es la encargada de dirigir este proyecto que junto con sus escuelas culinarias elevan la calidad gastronómica de la ciudad.
Definitely one of the great patisseries in the city. Your venessoire bakery and French pastry meets the expectations of a European establishment. The Kouign Amann and its eclairs will leave you wanting more. The staff is friendly and attentive. Chef Maricú Ortiz is in charge of directing this project that, together with her culinary schools, elevates the gastronomic quality of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace poco comí el pastel de vainilla con queso y es terrible, tan empalagoso que no pude acabar mi rebanada. No sabía a queso ni a a vainilla, el azúcar se masticaba en cada bocado. Terrible, a nadie de la familia nos gustó :(
I recently had the vanilla cheesecake and it's terrible, so gooey I couldn't finish my slice. It didn't taste like cheese or vanilla, the sugar was chewed into every bite. Terrible, no one in the family liked it :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan es bueno, no excepcional. El servicio a veces es bueno, pero es común que como hoy, están arreglando cosas y no le hacen caso a las clientes.
2 personas dicen "buenos días" pero jamás se voltean ni ofrecen servicio.
Para ser un lugar bastante caro, asumiría que el personal de servicio está bien capacitado para poner la atención antes que el acomodo de la tienda.
Cerca están DaSilva y Chiquitito Café, que se los recomiendo si quieren bien pan/café con buen servicio
The bread is good, not exceptional. The service is sometimes good, but it is common that as today, they are fixing things and ignoring customers.
2 people say "good morning" but never turn around or offer service.
To be a rather expensive place, I would assume that the service staff is well trained to pay attention before the store's accommodation.
Nearby are DaSilva and Chiquitito Café, which I recommend if they want good bread / coffee with good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es pequeño (isla dentro de Palacio de hierro) por lo que sólo hay dos mesas con dos sillas es difícil quedarte a tomar café ahí.
La atención es buena de la única chica que atiende.
El café no es café de especialidad sino cápsulas de Nespresso. (razón por la cual decidí pasar del café y solo consumir pan para llevar).
El pan es muy rico compramos un par de piezas y realmente me sorprendió y gusto el sabor. Es pan de alta panadería.
Costo vs porciones, es caro , caro comparado con panes del mismo estilo de panaderías, hemos comprado los mismos panes en panaderías de alta calidad por $15 pesos menos, obviamente igual de ricos.
Otras panaderías $36 / maricu $50.
No volveré no por la calidad sino también por los costos y xq en realidad no puedes sentarte y disfrutar de un buen café y puedes consumir la misma calidad de pan por un costo más accesible.
The place is small (island inside Palacio de Hierro) so there are only two tables with two chairs, it is difficult to stay there for coffee.
The attention is good from the only girl who attends.
The coffee is not specialty coffee but Nespresso capsules. (which is why I decided to skip coffee and just have bread to go).
The bread is very rich, we bought a couple of pieces and I was really surprised and liked the taste. It is high-end bakery bread.
Cost vs portions, it is expensive, expensive compared to breads of the same style of bakeries, we have bought the same breads in high quality bakeries for $ 15 pesos less, obviously just as rich.
Other bakeries $ 36 / maricu $ 50.
I will not return not for the quality but also for the costs and because you can't really sit down and enjoy a good coffee and you can consume the same quality of bread for a more accessible cost.
