★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día sábado (05/02/2022) me presente en la sucursal de la Roma.
No dejan pasar a tu acompañante por temas de COVID. Desde el guardia de la puerta tuve un trato muy amable, Toda la clínica está conformada por puras mujeres y eso brinda confianza porque solo te dan una bata y te tienes que quitar toda tu ropa, las chicas de recepción te van indicando todo, después me pasaron a una plática donde fue un muy buen servicio, me hicieron un ultrasonido y TODO absolutamente TODO lo van explicando y el por qué lo van haciendo, los precios son los mismos que te dan por teléfono, en el área de recuperación no te dejan usar el teléfono por privacidad a todas y los acompañantes entran en conflicto pero en todo momento tienen la disposición en recepción para decirles cómo estamos y en qué pasó vamos. Te pasan al quirófano y te explican todooooooo, el procedimiento es rápido y te quedas en observación hasta que te sientas lista para ir a casa. Mi experiencia fue muy buena en cuanto a la clínica.

From the guard at the door I had a very kind treatment, The entire clinic is made up of only women and that gives me confidence because they only give you a gown and you have to take off all your clothes, the girls at reception tell you everything, then I They went to a talk where it was a very good service, they did an ultrasound and EVERYTHING, absolutely EVERYTHING, they explain it and why they do it, the prices are the same as they give you by phone, in the recovery area they don't let you use the telephone for privacy to all and the companions come into conflict but at all times they have the disposition in reception to tell them how we are and what happened we are going. They take you to the operating room and they explain everything to you, the procedure is quick and you stay under observation until you feel ready to go home. My experience was very good in terms of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar en general es bueno, la mayoría del personal es muy cálido, desde el policía hasta las enfermeras, lo que no me agradó y por lo que veo es que el primer diagnóstico que te dan si no pueden ver al bebé es que tienes un embarazo ectopico, por lo que leo es bastante común que te digan eso, y te mandan con el doctor Alfonso Carrera hasta Naucalpan para que el lo confirme, ustedes no pueden checar eso? Eso es lo que no me agradó y hay una doctora que no recuerdo como se llama, es gordita de cabello por el hombro, es a la que le llaman cuando tienen dudas las demás, esa doctora no tiene mucho tacto para decir las cosas, nada que ver con las otras, te hace sentir mal, de por si es un proceso difícil y luego te habla asi pues es horrible, debería ser mas paciente, sufrimos dolor al tacto y demás, un poco mas de empatía no le caería mal..

Fui a hacerme un procedimiento y el primer día me dijeron que NO encontraban nada aun usando el ultrasonido transvaginal. Me mandaron a hacer estudios de sangre para corroborar que estaba embarazada, volví a regresar en la misma semana y no volvieron a encontrar nada usando el mismo método cabe recalcar que me volvieron a mandar a hacer el estudio de sangre, no dejaban de decirme que podría ser un embarazo ectopico, yo me asuste mucho por las consecuencias que tiene este, así que fui a OTRO LUGAR a hacerme un ultrasonido pelvico, no pasaron mas de 3 min. y el doctor ya lo había encontrado, me regaño y dijo que como era posible que no lo hallan encontrado sobretodo con ese procedimiento (ultrasonido transvaginal), no me trataron mal ni nada de eso pero que mal que no estén bien capacitadas las enfermeras…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son buenas, y la atención por parte del personal es muy humana, en todo momento me hicieron sentir tranquila, comoda y me explicaban cualquier duda que pudiera surguir, en el proceso de recuperación la enfermera estuvo atenta en todo momento.
The facilities are good, and the attention from the staff is very human, at all times they made me feel calm, comfortable and explained any questions that might arise, in the recovery process the nurse was attentive at all times.

I went to a procedure there and I was really surprised by the warm and humane treatment I received, I was attended by all female staff which made me feel even more confident, you go very, very quickly to counseling and then to the rest.
I walked out with zero hassles. Highly recommend this clinic! I swear it's worth every peso you spend
