Ideal place to recover after a long day drinking at the beach.
The bloody Marii with Mezcal was the perfect punch in the face to wake up. Strong Oaxacan flavors made my morning.
I had the special, crab enchiladas. Blown away by the presentation, generous portion of crab, and daring rustic flavors.
The Mrs. had one of there specialty toasts. She added poached eggs on top. These eggs were poached perfectly. I mean absolutely perfect. Extremely impressive.
Attention to detail, welcoming service, bold flavors and a beautiful view of the countryside headline this boutique hotel restaurant that is an absolute must stop in San Pancho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this hotel far exceeded expectations - great breakfasts, amazing room / common spaces, and exceptionally helpful, observant, and friendly staff. Antonio, Sophie and the staff were amazing!
It was perfect for us travelling as a couple, but would also be great for larger groups if you can book multiple rooms. The room was incredibly clean and quiet, and the common garden/pool area was a great place to relax at nighttime, if we weren't out exploring the town.
It is in a great location, a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach, but is incredibly quiet and peaceful, in a very safe neighbourhood. The best place in San Pancho to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely place, amazing food and incredible staff. They have been so kind and helpful and welcoming. Has been a very sweet, charming accommodation that I would definitely visit again.
Only small complaints are that the pillows are not comfortable, Wi-Fi doesn’t work much at all (important to know if you need it for work!) Pool is TINY and there is no hair conditioner or lotion included with stay. They don’t have any to purchase. Next time I’m stealing the lotion/conditioner from my previous hotel! Ha
But thank you Marii for an absolutely beautiful stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! ¡amo este lugar! The owners are the sweetest, the facility is very beautiful and charming, the food and drinks are amazing, plus good wifi in the lounge/cafe area. super recommended stay! ¡todo es muy bueno aquí! ¡Super recomendado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard and pool. The restaurant and bar are excellent with great food and cocktails! The staff is super friendly and helpful with tips of things to do and who to contact for tours etc. The only thing that was missing was potentially a fridge in the room, but that's very minor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say enough good words about the quality of our stay at Marii. The place is breathtaking and a real oasis. The staff is so kind and helpful (they’re the real local guides!), from the owners to the cleaning people.
The restaurant is great too, with a great selection of local craft beers.
Wifi in the rooms is a bit spotty, but hey, while at Marii, there are much better things to do than being on your phone!
All in all, would HIGHLY recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited in early May and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful in recommending activities. The restaurant serves an amazing breakfast, with fresh ingredients. The pool is small, but a great place to cool off and regroup after a day on the beach or exploring. In room Covid tests - for our return to the US - were arranged by the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
