Desafortunadamente el repartidor entregó mi pedido en otro domicilio (se pudo comprobar por el mismo sistema de envío) y nunca me reembolsaron ni enviaron la prenda de repuesto (ni lo ofrecieron). Tuve que comprar nuevamente el pedido en la tienda porque me urgía para un evento y ya no tenía tiempo, tampoco ofrecieron descuento. Muy decepcionada y triste :(
Very nice clothes, I have always liked to buy there. Unfortunately, the delivery man delivered my order to another address (it could be verified by the same shipping system) and they never reimbursed me or sent the replacement garment (nor did they offer it). I had to buy the order again in the store because I was urgent for an event and I didn't have time anymore, they didn't offer a discount either. Very disappointed and sad :(
