Our Staff
President
The FMI President has been in the hospitality business since 1992. He has managed the Playa Elegante Trailer Park, on the Mirador Beach, for several years. Under his management, the park had one of the best reputations in the area for quality and customer service. A word from Our President: FMI Rentals’ customers can be assured that they will receive outstanding service and the best accommodations available in Rocky Point.
Manager of Operations
Our manager has attended the CESUES College in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora and received a degree in business with a specialty in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Prior to joining FMI Rentals a year ago, He worked with First Mexican Investments and he worked for a major property development company in Rocky Point for 2 years. He holds a License in Business and Tourism from the State of Sonora, Mexico.
Receptionists and Rental Assistants
Receptionist and Rental Assistant staff has 5 years of hospitality experience in the Rocky Point area. Our staff is bi-lingual and very knowledgeable about the Rocky Point area. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here started out great. I booked a three day stay and since arriving, the security here has harassed me about one thing or another every day! They asked me to wear a mask outside (I’m vaccinated) when there aren’t people around — yet they pull their masks down below their chin. They asked me to park my car more carefully yet I don’t have a car. The unit I rented (103) is beautiful and clean. It’s the security who roams the property looking to harass the guests that caused the two star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service!! Owners really rude and just wanna take out money! We booked for 1 night and was for $300. They wanted 100$ more for 2 braclets and 100$ more for us to get the room earlyer! So thats another$200! Just trying to get money out of us! We talked to the owners and they had a bad additude and took it off on there workers who work in the front parking lots! The hotel itself is nice!
