They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you be there even though it is very expensive to enter. Long lines, obnoxious waiters, lousy service. If, on the other hand, the good service and treatment is something unimportant for you and you give priority to the beautiful landscape, if it is recommended.

APPALLING!!! Upon arrival I asked 2 different people what does the buffet include? They answered 1:30 and the right to lounge chairs for $ 400 pesos per person. When we finally decided to enter, a waiter named CESAR glared at us in a degrading way and scold the waitresses stating that the buffet was only 1 hour long. then he wanted to settle us in a corner and he got angry because I wanted to be fair. in front of the access to the beach and when he handed us our bracelets, he did not give me one and said it did not matter. The waiter who served us afterwards was very friendly (there is nothing bad to say about him). The buffet offers almost no variety, there are only about 4 strong dishes and x the cost is not worth it, the margaritas at $ 250 pesos (untouchable, they are over). I had to leave them there. When we got up again to have food after 20 minutes at the buffet, an employee told us that it was closed and the waiter who was serving us told her that we had already paid. Then they asked my husband where to visit, to which he answered San Diego California. at that moment they almost put us red carpet and kissed our feet. The CESAR waiter who treated us badly from the beginning even came every so often to know that everything was alright. It is total discrimination that they serve better for the simple fact that they know that you are a foreigner, it seems in very bad taste and it does not seem fair. I really felt as if I was asking them for credit upon arrival or had asked for a discount, honestly not as a pleasure and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I was left alone because we had already paid Really DO NOT GO or arrive speaking another language or wearing designer clothes so that they are well served. Additional stinky bathrooms and showers. The only nice thing about that place is the beautiful beach and view. THERE'S NO MORE!!!

Excellent attention and service. Although the rental of sun beds is not cheap, they take it to consumption. The drinks and the foods of good season. I was in the day and the truth is one of the best areas of Isla Mujeres. The clean sea and the beautiful views. And highly recommended to watch the sunset, if the sky allows it. The site has an excellent location to watch the sunset. The food is good, the service is not extraordinary but it was not bad either. They took a while to take our order even though they had no people at that time (it was 6:30pm). In general it is good.
