Sirven desayunos deliciosos y tienen muchos servicios de Kayac, paseos en bote, etc. It is a hidden corner next to the La Playita restaurant. Un fois installé, on nous indique qu’un des deux jet skis loué est « bridé » Extrêmement dommage surtout pour le prix excessif demandé. La balade se passe plutôt bien, très belle lagune. Une fois rentré pour rendre les engins, le staff nous demande de payer les 4 minutes de retard x2 car nous en avions loué deux. Le tout sous la pression de ne pas nous rendre nos papiers d’identité… Certes nous étions en retard mais c’est vachement fort quand même, surtout qu’il n’y avait personne après nous. D’après les avis consultés par la suite, nous ne sommes pas les seuls dans ce cas là et cela semble monnaie courante. En conclusion, centre de location à fuir, il en existe d’autre sûrement meilleur à Bacalar. Bad experience... On a du négocier pour arriver à 1h30 pour 600 pesos !!!! Voleurs ! Par ailleurs, on a malheureusement eu un petit accident sur le trajet et nous avons perdue une rame à cause d'une vague trop forte, qui a coulée directement au fond de l'eau. Ils ont facturé la rame 1500 pesos !!! Des voleurs notables dont l'établissement sera signalé à la police. s	sophie todini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des escrocs ! À FUIR ! Avec une amie nous avons loué un canoë pour 3h 500 pesos afin d'aller voir le canal des pirates. Déjà en montant dedans, nous avons vu que le canoë prenait l'eau mais on nous a dit que c'était normal. A l'aller nous avons ramé difficilement. Nous avons fait un stop au canal et là plus moyen de remonter à 2 dans le canoë sans que celui-ci ne coule. J'ai du faire toute la traversée retour à la nage au milieu de tous les bateaux. Une fois rentrées à la marina yunuem, le propriétaire a constaté par lui même que la coque de notre canoë était rempli d'eau, ils ont même eu du mal à le sortir de l'eau tellement il était lourd. Pas une excuse, ni un geste commercial en dédommagement de ce désagrément. Fuyez cet endroit. Crooks! TO FLEE ! With a friend we rented a canoe for 3h 500 pesos to go see the pirate channel. Not an excuse, nor a commercial gesture in compensation for this inconvenience. Flee this place.
C	Chrissa z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super touragency and restaurant & bar! We had a private boat tour and spend the rest of the day at the beachclub. Really good service and yummy food and drinks, all for a good price. The staff is really nice and helpful. Recomend!
