I was totally satisfied, easy booking through WhatsApp, they picked us up at the airport and took us to the office. The car was a bit scratched but totally ok we drove about 2500 km with no problem. Deposit was 3000 MXN for our car, I could pay the rental price and the deposit by card. Important to know that the insurance is only valid in Quintana Roo and Yucatan states! Absolutely recommendable.

I was very interested in getting a reservation from this company for a car rental due to their excellent customer reviews, but it’s impossible to get in contact with them I even downloaded the app and message them on WhatsApp they did get back to me but they don’t respond when I told them I’m ready to make a reservation, I even called a couple times and every time the line sounds busy or they just put me on hold I can’t get a hold of anybody. It’s a shame I’m really interested in doing business with them because they have excellent reviews but nobody answers me

I had a great experience with their service. Fast pick up, helpful staff, and reliable vehicle. The price was also great. Will definately used them on my next visit.

Used last minute and they came through with a car. The car worked very well with no issues. Can't complain. Great customer service too! They took us to a cash machine when we needed it, and also dropped us off at the airport too.

Awesome service! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a vacation car during your stay in Cancún. From the beginning, you recieve honest and transparent pricing, their is literally NO HIDDEN FEES! My family and I (group of 15) rented 3 cars from them, from the reservation months ahead of our trip, to the day of arrival and when returning the cars- their service is superb. I've rented from big America car rental sites in the past, but their is always additional fees and deposits and insurance that are never disclosed during booking. But with Mario, their is absolutely honestly and affordable pricing. We will definitely be doing business with them, God willing, when we return to Cancun. Keep up the great work guys!

Mario’s is an excellent choice if you want to rent a car in Cancun . I’m all about supporting small businesses like this one. My experience was excellent. A staff member picked me up from the airport at the time of arrival . My flight was delayed so I arrived next day. No problem . They were able to hold my rental. Communication was excellent. They provided clear instructions. The car was in good shape. Highly recommend. The price is unbeatable compared to other car rentals. Thank you Mario and staff.

We rented a car for a week and the pick up at the airport was really smooth once you find pick up point. The driver take you from the airport to the Mario offices near the airport to pick up the car, the car is inspected and keys are handover. Car was in good condition except the wheel covers which were secured with cable ties and the horn which they knew didn't work but didn't let us know before hand, we find out when need it to use in the road. Unfortunately Cancun is really weather dependent and things can change - due to weather conditions our visit had to be shortened and most of water activities also stopped (catamaran, snorkel, etc). We reached out to discuss the arrangement to return the car early and the owner refused to discuss over the phone but asked us to come to the airport office to discuss. Once in their offices in the airport they took away the keys with the excuse to park the car. Once we communicated our intent the owner decided to suddenly and aggressively suspend our service and remove all our belongings. We were OK to pay a cancellation fee for remaining days. We felt mistreated and it was a stressful situation being left in a foreign country with no car and having to find a taxi or public transport. I would like to mention that all the employees were very nice to us and help guide us once this happened and from the start - we found mexican people are warm and lovely and great at service. However it was sad that they also communicated to us they have been also mistreated at Mario's so this is a business I will not support ever again.
