I hate to disparage a small, locally owned restaurant but when the customer service is this bad I think it’s important to warn others. Mario’s Wings posted on Facebook that they were having a special rooftop live music event and that reservations were requested. So a few days before the event I called to make reservations. The person I talked to confirmed that a table for 2 would be reserved for us but hung up before even asking for my name. That didn’t feel right so I called a second time and made sure the reservation would be in my name. I was very careful to spell out my name so there wouldn’t be a problem. My wife and I arrived on time but still had to wait outside for over 20 minutes while they escorted groups of people who had reservations up to the rooftop. Whenever the person who seats the patrons would come down I would remind him that we had reservations and he said he’d get to us as soon as he could. I then noticed that they were seating people without reservations so I asked again when we could be seated. That’s when I learned that my name wasn’t even on their list. I explained everything I had done to ensure that there wouldn’t be a problem but his response wasn’t an apology but instead was that he thought there might be a spare table for us if we waited some more. My response was to say don’t bother and my wife and I left, vowing never to return. We retired to this area a few months ago and always eat out and attend live music shows whenever possible. We spend a lot of money supporting local businesses with the understanding that times are hard and we want to help them weather the covid storm. Their terrible customer service will cost them quite a bit of money that we would’ve spent there over time. Given that we didn’t even get an apology for their screw-up I’m thinking that repeat business isn’t a concern for them.

We had a delicious meal! There is outside seating. There is a clean washroom. The server was very friendly. We will definitely be going back soon.

My favorite place to eat and vibe to in Chapala. From the wings to the burgers WOW. I recommend the mango habanero wings. They have a rooftop where they have live events with bands playing setting the mood for a rocker like me! I can’t wait to come back here again.

Great food! Had the lemon pepper wings and the Burito with Fries

Very friendly service and the owner speaks English. A great place for wings and hamburgers. They have a variety of sauces for your wings. I had the mini hamburger or slider and others had a regular burger or wings. They were all very good. I would recommend this place for lunch.
