Pedimos un consomé y unos tacos. Después de mas de una hora nos sirvieron el consomé, y luego los tacos. Por cierto, tacos que el menú decía costaban 35 pesos, en la cuenta los cobraron a 50 pesos. J	Jose Serna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí uno tacos específicamente sin queso porque soy alérgico y tardó 45 min y llegó con queso, después pedí dos aguachiles cocidos y llegaron crudos, ya habíamos esperando mas de una hora para que finalmente llegara todo mal, pedí los aguachiles para llevar para llegar a cocerlos en casa porque si pedía que me los cambiaran tardarían una hora más, pedí la cuenta y me cobraron absolutamente todo el precio completo cuando el restaurante me trajo TODO equivicado. Es una mediocridad, abuso y cero ética. Deberían tener un poco de humildad para aceptar los errores y ser un poco mas profesionales y no cobrar al cliente por todos sus errores y hacerlo pagar por algo que entregaron mal y todavia quejarte por mi calificación aquí. Si tienen mucha gente no es razón para entregar las cosas incorrectas despues de dos horas y cobrar todo como si la orden hubiera estado correcta, no admitan mas gente si no pueden atender y hacer las cosas bien, el cliente no tiene la culpa. No me interesa revisar las otras calificaciones, yo califico por MI EXPERIENCIA no por la de los demás. It is mediocrity, abuse and zero ethics. They should have a little humility to accept the mistakes and be a bit more professional and not charge the customer for all their mistakes and make them pay for something they delivered wrong and still complain about my rating here. If they have a lot of people, it is no reason to deliver the wrong things after two hours and charge everything as if the order had been correct, do not admit more people if they cannot attend and do things well, the customer is not to blame. I am not interested in reviewing the other qualifications, I qualify based on MY EXPERIENCE, not that of others.
